Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I need to bring when I drop off my dog for a boarding stay? You can bring, email, or text pictures of your current vaccinations for each dog who will stay with us. Bring an adequate amount of food/treats for their stay. Bring any necessary medications they need. You may bring their favorite toy, blanket, or an item of clothing with your scent on it.

  • Will my dog just be isolated in a kennel during their boarding stay? Each dog is different, and their needs are different. We offer several boarding services that provide extra care and attention to your pet.

  • Do you accept unaltered dogs for boarding? Yes, we accept dogs who are not fixed as long as females are not in heat.

  • What if my dog is not up to date on vaccines? For the safety of our visitors, we require that dogs have proof of up-to-date rabies and basic vaccinations.

  • What are your operating hours? We have a 24-hour live-in staff. We are open by appointment for grooms, tours, classes, drop-offs, and pick-ups from Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm and Sundays from 10 am – 6:00 pm.
